I often wonder how the greats like Dexter Yager and Bill Britt (both amway reps) built their businesses to such a large magnitude without the use of social media. I certainly believe social media has made building network marketing businesses much easier than back in the day.

The venue, itinerary, a good presentation and a good speaker can all be vital for an excellent training. The internet is rich with MLM trainings that can assist you on training your recruits. Websites that offer free MLM training resources like tools, materials and information which are generally for the training process. ?You may be able to train highly professional recruits with just your internet and some creativity at hand.?There is much training for those network marketing recruiters. Start the training by educating your recruits regarding the program and the commission structure. Education will not be enough; the recruits must also be trained in the real marketing system execution. Real marketing system not only covers the promotions and advertisements but handling customer complaints as well. ?Trainings do not necessary need to be formal. Tons of great tips, John. What holds most people back is their mindset. I had to go through almost thirteen years of personal development to really get my thinking right. I was my own worst enemy. I also think it’s important to pick one company, find a mentor, develop a game plan, work every day, and stay with one company for 10+ years. Just my two cents. What do you think?
Geeze…get your business building strategies out of the stone age! Warm marketing prospecting is the lamest from of marketing there is…it’s one of the reasons for the 97% failure rate in this industry. Build a filtering system, use technology to drive large numbers of prospects to the system, then work with those who contact you. Creating 50 to 200 prospects per day and filtering out those who are not serious is easy to do. Working your warm market is painfully slow and ridiculous marketing.
7. Teach to Teach and You can go to the Beach. This might be the biggest of all the Network Marketing tips I can offer you. Yes this is a people business but it is still a BUSINESS. If YOU are the only one that can answer questions, lead webinars, etc, you aren’t teaching your team how to operate in your abscence. Teaching to teach means you answer questions in a way that the person asking the question can then tell any reps they recruit where to also get those answers. HINT: If each time a teammate asks you a question has you on the phone for 45 minutes vs pointing them to an existing training, you gots some work to do!
